T-Bear Productions, a full service management company and recording label for independent artist, was established in Omaha, Nebraska, in 1991.
"Our mission is to recognize, develop, and support expressive and imaginative, established artist, and producers. To shape and prolong their careers, converting short and long term goals into reality."
By providing a list of entertainment products and services to artist, T-Bear will ultimately establish them as respected industry professionals and leaders on todays music horizon.
T-Bears services include negotiating contracts setting up publishing deals, booking arrangements, interacting between clients in A & R, publishing, production, radio, print, media, and motion pictures. In addition, T-Bears services provide for the long-term interest of our artist by offering an array of services, to benefit and enhance an artist career.

Personal Profile
Arthur Herrington 3rd, has had his finger on the musical pulse for a long time. A twenty-year veteran of the music industry, he began his career making four-track tapes for friend. Arthur landed his first professional radio gig on Union College KUCV-FM, as a programmer/radio announcer. He went to work for "Professional Media" as a producer, writer, and arranger.
Currently Arthur oversees the management and recording divisions of T-Bear Productions.
